Using Memoirist
By creating an account and using Memoirist, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use this service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, memories, and information you submit. By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to share it (for example, rights to photos you upload of family members) and you grant Memoirist a limited license to use that content solely to generate and deliver the products you request.
AI-generated content
Biography text, images, and video generated through Memoirist are produced using AI tools based on the information and materials you provide. While we design our process to produce accurate, respectful output reflecting the details you share, we cannot guarantee the generated content is free from errors — please review your biography before sharing or printing it.
Payments and refunds
One-time purchases and subscriptions are billed as described at checkout. All purchases include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee — contact contact@memoiristai.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and will not renew for the following billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Memoirist to create content that is unlawful, harassing, or that infringes on someone else's rights, including uploading photos or information about a person without appropriate permission.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Memoirist available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
